40’s Style Bobber Front End Kit:
Kit Includes:
– Black Mid USA springer forks (available in 2″ or 4″ under length). 2″ under is recommended for lowered bikes with rear suspension, 4″ under for hardtail bikes. This kit includes the 4″ under springer forks
– Springer brake kit for 5/8″ master cylinder.
– Black Speedster “Knucklehead” style handlebars.
– Polished stainless steel front brake rotor with bolts for spoked wheels. Rotor has a reducer ring so it will fit either pre-2000 OR 2000-up wheels.
– Lower Timken neck bearing and dust shield to replace the ones pressed on to your stock forks.
Note: Red wheel and tire shown are available at extra charge, but NOT included in this item.
Spec’s on forks included:
* Rocker grease fittings
* Fully assembled with a forged in-line top bracket without a built-in rake
* The standard length Springer (24″ measured from the bottom bearing to the axle center) is comparable to a standard length FXST front end
* 1″ O.D. steering stem designed for Timken® type bearings
* Both rear legs are threaded for right or left brakes
* Forged rockers for superior strength
* Rear legs are 1 piece from the rocker to the top tree
* The 3/4″ O.D. axle kit includes a brake mount pivot with thrust washer and hub spacers (custom spacers may be required depending on the wheel used)
* Measures 9 1/4″ between rockers
* Riser mounts are on 4 3/4″ centers and threaded 1/2″-20
