* Replica frame is an authentic reproduction of the factory style with brazed joints. Frame will accommodate Knucklehead or Big Twin Flathead engines and 3 or 4-speed transmission. The 28° rake neck angle will accept inline spring forks.
Frame includes seat post, mechanical brake cross shaft, rear axle assembly, transmission plate and motor alignment plate pre-installed for safer shipping. Cross shaft bushings, tool box mount, and grease fittings are also installed. Tool box pads are round but are positioned to mount rectangular tool box. The construction includes; Forged parts: Neck has forgining hallmark on the left, front and rear engine mounts, yoke, and rear axle plates. Brazed parts: Top motor mount, front tank mount, sidecar loops, footboard mount, transmission strap, center post strap, rear fender cross bar saddles, oil tank mount and upper rear frame bars at tank tube. New production with 13 joints brazed, just like the original! **NOTE: Seat post and cross shaft bushings may require further reaming for proper fit. For this reason, frames will not be accepted for return (RGA). *NOTE: There are no serial numbers stamped on the replica frame. V-Twin MFG supply’s a Bill of Sale only referencing the part number.
